Today's smoothie, more like a cold press juice, is absolutely my favourite this summer.
It's bitter, sour, and has a lovely colour and bubbles! I couldn't stop drinking a whole juice that I made at the time, which I'm pretty sure there were for a few servings. If you have green plum syrup, please try this recipe!
<ingredients> For one serving
1/2 Pink grapefruit *1
1/2 Lemon (squeezed) *2
20ml Green plum syrup *3
*Place the ingredients *1/2/3 in a blender and mix them first. Then serve with soda.
